Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled any time before your parcel has been shipped.

A 25% cancellation fee (based on the total order amount) will apply. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Our mistake or quality issue: Wrong size, color, or style sent, or a manufacturing defect (not caused by misuse or improper handling). Return shipping is free. After inspection by our Quality Control team, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
  2. Customer preference: If you are not satisfied with the product (item must be new, unused, and in original packaging). You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  3. Customer ordering mistake: If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style, you may exchange the product, but you must cover all exchange shipping costs.

Note: All returns must include a valid tracking number.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your package.

  1. Our mistake or quality issue: If you choose not to receive a replacement, you may return the product for a refund. A refund will be issued after inspection confirms the issue.
  2. Out-of-stock or order not fulfilled: If we cannot fulfill your order or the item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours so you can choose a replacement or receive a full refund.
